Cancellation Information

Right of cancellation

Consumers generally have the right to cancel a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

Exercising the right of cancellation

Effects and early start of service

Following an effective cancellation, payments received are refunded in accordance with statutory requirements. If a service expressly requested by the consumer begins during the cancellation period, reasonable compensation may be due for the portion provided before cancellation. For digital content, the right of cancellation may expire early under statutory conditions; the required consents must be obtained separately during checkout.
